Helping Gagik: Surgery and Hope

Helping Gagik: Surgery and Hope

There’s so much love and care in this photo. Do you see it?

We want to introduce you to Gagik. Fate has dealt him a challenging hand at just 9 years old. He’s witnessed war, illness, and a tough life every single day. His mother, two brothers, love, and faith are all he has.

Due to the losses they suffered during the recent war in Artsakh, he and his brothers are currently residing in a children’s village in the village of Sos. While they don’t have a home to reunite the family yet, their mother visits them every day and spends a lot of time with the boys. Despite all the hardships, Gagik excels in his studies and is a chess champion. He dreams of pursuing sports and has a deep love for karate.

Gagik has been diagnosed with venous-arterial hemangioma in his lower limb, and a second surgical procedure is required for its removal. The cost of this treatment was overwhelming for the family, but thanks to the support of the foundation’s friends – our loyal donors – we were able to respond promptly and confirmed our readiness to cover the 350,000 dram operation. While the amount may seem small, it means the world to this family.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you, our dear friends, for your incredible support. Thanks to your generosity and kindness, we have already raised the necessary amount for Gagik’s treatment. This is truly significant and precious. We couldn’t have achieved this without you. Your kind hearts make our world a better place. Thank you for believing in goodness and good deeds. Together, we work miracles!
