Anahit: A Journey of Hope and Healing

Take a look at this beauty. Do you remember her? She’s one of our beneficiaries – Anahit.
In May 2018, we launched a fundraiser, one of the largest at that time for our Foundation – 2,908,090 rubles.

Anahit urgently needed surgery in Israel. In Russia, doctors couldn’t guarantee her safety, and there were significant risks of paralysis. In contrast, doctors in Israel could minimize these risks.
We all went through a rollercoaster of emotions, sleepless nights, reposts, and donor searches, but we never lost hope – hope for a miracle.

Inside each of us, every volunteer had an unwavering belief that we would reach our fundraising goal.
Thanks to all of you, we managed to collect half of the required amount in the first stage. In the second stage, the remaining sum was transferred by a mysterious benefactor whose name we still don’t know.

Once again, we’re reminded of our inner motto, “God helps through the hands of people.”
Yesterday, after four years since our first encounter, we had another meeting with Anahit and her parents in Yerevan.

A happy, joyful, talented, and equally beautiful Anahit welcomed us with her radiant smile.
She plays the piano beautifully, excels in school, and simply enjoys life!
She sends her warm regards to all of you.
