Our team is continuing the annual initiative, “Preparing Children for School,” and this year, we are focusing on three special villages in the Shirak region of Armenia, located right on the border: Getk, Yerazgavors, and Bayandur.

Each year, we collect school supply kits for children in grades 1 to 4, and this year, we aim to raise 1,000,000 AMD to purchase the necessary materials. These kits will include essential items such as a pencil case, clay/plasticine (6 colors), gouache (6 colors), a blue pen, colored pencils (12 colors), colored pens (10 colors), markers (12 colors), paintbrushes, scissors, a black pencil, glue, a set of 5 rulers, a pencil sharpener, an eraser set, paper bookmarks, magnetic bookmarks, colored paper, colored cardboard, a drawing album, lined and grid notebooks (12 sheets each), notebook covers, an A4 folder, a clay board, and a bag. These supplies will be sufficient for the entire school year.

In total, there are 147 children across these three villages who will benefit from this initiative.

The fundraising campaign will run until August 31st, as our team plans to visit the children in these villages on September 2nd.
