2-Year-Old Gor Needs Genetic Testing
Gor Gadyan, 2 years old, was born in Stepanakert, Artsakh. Until he was 7 months old, he had no health issues. However, he later began experiencing recurrent infections with complications, including pneumonia, acute respiratory infections, leishmaniasis, and Kawasaki disease.
Gor has been hospitalized numerous times and has undergone costly medical treatments. In January 2025, he was admitted to the hospital due to high fever and a skin rash. The National Center for Infectious Disease Control diagnosed him with pneumonia and Kawasaki disease, which led to a coronary artery aneurysm. He received Octagam therapy and antibacterial treatment.
After 21 days, due to worsening complications, he was transferred to the Wigmore Medical Center’s ICU, where he received a blood transfusion. There, he was also diagnosed with norovirus.
Given the complexity of his condition, doctors have recommended additional genetic testing to obtain a precise diagnosis and determine the best course of treatment. However, his family can no longer afford the necessary tests.
Your donation today will give Gor the chance to receive proper treatment and enjoy a healthy childhood. Support him now.
