The Boy with the Wise Eyes

Dear friends, many of you have been asking about our ward, Sargis. Here is the latest update: the boy’s condition is stable, and Sargis is preparing for surgery. The preparation is a lengthy process, as it involves thorough examinations of both the child and the donor, who is Sargis’s mother. Importantly, thanks to you, the entire amount needed was raised on time. Now, we just have to wait and hope that God will help Sargis recover quickly and become one of those happy children who live and enjoy life.

We also have some wonderful news to share. We learned that Sargis dreams of having a desktop computer. Fortunately, a generous donor made this dream come true. The New Year’s gift was sent to Armenia from Moscow. On New Year’s Eve, Sargis saw a beautifully wrapped gift under the tree and could hardly believe his eyes when he realized what it was. A miracle!!! He was sure that such a gift would never be his. Photos are attached, though the quality may not be perfect. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for our boy and hope for a successful surgery. And let’s not forget that many more children also want to be happy and loved.
