You know what especially stood out to us during our recent trip to disadvantaged families?
The shining eyes of the children.
Children in border villages have a challenging childhood. After all, they can only dream of what many children in big cities take for granted.
That’s why it’s our duty to do everything possible to make the lives of these children a little happier.
This year’s trip was very eventful. In just 1 day, our volunteers visited 10 border villages and reached out to 33 low-income families.
We brought food and household kits, clothes and shoes, and each child received a backpack and a set of school supplies;
In some cases, we were also able to buy new refrigerators and washing machines.
We express deep gratitude to those who helped us make this trip possible!
Heartfelt thanks to:
The “Help Armenian Children” Foundation in Yerevan for helping organize the trip;
Governor Hayk Chobanyan of Tavush Province and the leaders of all rural municipalities for their assistance in verifying the families we provided aid to and for their support;
“Transimpex Logistics” LLC and once again personally to Aik Chobanyan for invaluable help in sending and smoothly receiving a charitable shipment (clothing/shoes) for low-income families of over 1 ton from Moscow to Armenia;
The management of “Maximum” supermarket on Leningradyan St. 50 for providing food and household items at cost;
The management of “Vega World” company for constant support and providing the best prices for purchasing equipment;
Photographer Karen Zilabyan for wonderful photos and assistance to volunteers during the trip.
Thank you ALL immensely for being with us!
