Mets Masrik ‘Gathering Children for School. Armenia’

On August 14, 2022, we stood near the school in the border village of Metz Masrik, where we had come to donate school supplies and organize a warm celebration. On one side, we could see the peaks of the Karvachar Mountains, which still remind us of the hardships. On the other side, there was the local school, where, thanks to caring individuals, a couple of renovated classrooms provide the only opportunity for children to receive an education.
However, you barely have time to take a deep breath because at that moment, a boy in a wheelchair is sincerely smiling at soap bubbles, and a little further, a girl with unusual emerald eyes proudly shows her new school backpack to her friends. And here, in this moment, everything else fades away. You want to share this joy, this seemingly ordinary yet extraordinary moment with the children.
This and much more happened thanks to YOU, those who generously contributed, giving children moments of genuine happiness, hope, and an investment in their future.
We also thank the team of animators @tinki_vinki55 for the emotions and smiles they brought to the children, and the @artis.bag.factory represented by  @ismene_hambardzumyan, who sewed backpacks for the boys and added their own gifts for the girls.
And, of course, none of this would have happened without our team of volunteers who prepared all the kits and organized the trip.
These happy moments were gifted to the children solely because of our collective efforts. Thank you
