At State Kindergarten No. 1 in Stepanakert, the number of children always fluctuates—sometimes it increases, sometimes it decreases. At the time of our visit, there were 120 children.
The kindergarten’s director, Zhanna Zakaryan, mentioned that it took the children a year to partially recover emotionally from the war, but not all of them. “But they are already laughing,” she happily informed us.
The following items were donated to this kindergarten: 1 washing machine, 2 clothes dryers, 1 printer, 1 laptop, 1 computer, 1 wardrobe for clothes, 50 children’s chairs, 1 iron, 1 medical cabinet, 1 medical examination couch, 2 kitchen tables.
We hope that this will somehow improve the lives of our little children, and that they will always be able to smile!
Peaceful skies to all of us, friends․ With the rest, we are confident that we will succeed. Only together and always striving for goodness.
